SSO workflow model (User logs into IdP platform > click on vManage icon to be redirected to vManage > access is granted) will be redirected to loginError.html unexpectedly, while the SAMLResponse is fine.
1. You start with Idp to login to vManage. 2. Browser has no JSESSIONID cookie for vManage portal (if you try this on an incognito window or after clearing your previous cache)
1. Avoid starting from IdP 2. After SSO - remove loginError.html part of URL and it will work fine.
The issue happens due to the missing JSESSIONID cookie in the SAMLResponse POST message, so a user is not properly redirected back to vManage default page, but to the loginError.html page
