"set dlb-disable" configured with a match statement configured on the respective class. Specifically running 9.3(3) software
N9K-C93180YC-FX running 9.3(3) software Condition 1.) Upgrading from a unaffected version i.e. 9.3(2) to 9.3(3) with `set dlb-disable` configured along with a class-map with a match statement. Upon boot of the 9.3.3 switch any interfaces that are assigned with the service-policy containing the class-map + set dlb config will have its ports err disabled. Example config: class-map type qos match-all testclass match access-group name testacl policy-map type qos testpolicy class testclass set qos-group 3 set dlb-disable switch# show int eth1/1 Ethernet1/1 is down (Internal-Fail errDisable) Condition 2.) Running 9.3(3) code and attempting to configure set dlb-disable with a class-map with a match statement. Once you attempt to apply the service-policy to the interface you'll see the following log message: switch(config-if)# service-policy type qos input testpolicy Unable to perform the action due to incompatibility: Module 1 returned status "This platform does not support the action applied" Alternatively, you can have the service-policy applied, then attempt to add the `set dlb-disable` to the policy-map and you'll see the same issue. This is because the following Cisco Nexus platform switches do not support the set-dlb-disable command: • Cisco Nexus 9200-series platform switches • Cisco Nexus 9300-EX/FX/FX2 platform switches • Cisco Nexus 9500-series platform switches with -EX and -FX line cards It is not supported in earlier verisons of code, but 9.3(3) is the first revision that generates an error in response to that unsupported configuration.
Cloudscale switches/linecards do not support this command. 9.3(3) is the first revision that alerts the user of this, prior versions may allow you to configure this, but it is not supported.
