When you reload a Nexus 9000 switch using the "reload" command, the CLI will prompt with a (y/n) question if you are sure you want to reboot the system. It will also print a warning if there is unsaved configuration. The "reload timer [x]" and "reload in [x]" commands do not have a (y/n) prompt and do not warn you about any unsaved configuration, which could cause users to accidentally reboot the switch and lose config. Both commands can be cancelled using "reload cancel", but there is no message printed informing you of that option. Switch# Switch# reload !!!WARNING! there is unsaved configuration!!!
