Symptom

SSH on IOS-XE device running 17.2 release is not successful under certain conditions.

Conditions

1. Running 17.2.1 release 2. Feature SSH bulk-mode (ip ssh bulk-mode) is configured on the device. 3. "ip tcp window " is configured to (or slightly above) the value of 256K/512K/1M and etc.

Workaround

Change TCP window at least 10%.
