Symptom

WLC tries to authenticate username "copyrightbanneruser" when TACACS+ is used for Web-GUI login credentials

Conditions

WebGUI uses TACACS+ for authentication method

Workaround

disable HTTP command authorization to leave the following https commands........... ip http access-class ipv4 https-access ip http authentication aaa login-authentication ip http authentication aaa exec-authorization ip http secure-server no ip http authentication aaa command-authorization 0 no ip http authentication aaa command-authorization 15 no ip http server
