The SVI IP for HSRP standby may be learned as DYN-EID
Running LISP IGP Assist with ESM (extended subnet mode). HSRP configured.
Clear the entry with "clear lisp dynamic-eid". The entry should not re-appear until next HSRP role change
The issue is seen either during initial setup bringup or upon HSRP role change (eg. preemption concurring). After one of the devices becomes HSRP Active i generates an ICMP request towards HSRP Standby (lisp specific behavior). Upon receiving the response, the IP of HSRP standby is learned as DYN-EID. The ping is triggered only shortly after role change. If the dyn-eid entry is cleared - it should not be re-learned until next HSRP role change.
