IE5000 failed to be managed by DNAC after reload with 1G SFP inserted in 10G uplink ports The failure is faced due to Duplicate Entity Index for 10G interfaces. It is only seen in IE5000 devices with 10G support i.e. IE-5000-12S12P-10G model.
IE5000 is seen as Partial collection failure or un-managed in DNAC when switch is reloaded with 1G SFP inserted in 10G uplink ports i.e in TenGigabitEthernet 1/25-1/28. Duplicates Entity are seen in SNMP walk. Issue is seen even if cable is not connected to 1G SFP on 10G ports (when interface is down). Issue seen on 15.2(7)E1 release and older Platform: IE-5000-12S12P-10G
Remove 1G SFP from the 10G uplink ports i.e TenGigabitEthernet 1/25-1/28 and re-discover the switch.
