Symptom
Booting loop at the moment of booting a router using the following modules:
PVDM8
NIM-4MFT-T1/E1
SM-X-NIM-ADPTR
NIM-ES2-8
We can identify this bug if we see this behavior:

Conditions
If the module PVDM is in slot 0/4 and we have the modules SM-X-NIM-ADPTR + NIM-ES2-8 in slot 1/0, reloading the router results in crash.
Workaround
Remove the module NIM-ES2-8 until the PVDM completely boots after a reload.
