-C9500-48Y4C May not be able to change speed on the GLC-TE. -Checking the interface Capability, we can see that it should support speeds of 10,100,1000: show int tw 1/0/39 cap TwentyFiveGigE1/0/39 Model: C9500-48Y4C Type: 10/100/1000BaseTX SFP Speed: 10,100,1000,auto <<<<<===== Duplex: full,half,auto -However, when attempting to change the speed, the option doesn't exist: Switch(config-if)#speed ? nonegotiate Do not negotiate speed

-So far using: -C9500-48Y4C with GLC-TE -Running Code 16.9.1
