High CPU and below errors are seen on a Cat3K switch running on 16.6.4: %SISF-3-INTERNAL: Internal error, Invalid event State :MAC-REACHABLE, Event :MAC_VERIFIED -Process= "SISF Main Thread", ipl= 0, pid= 316 %PLATFORM_MATM-4-QUEUE_OVERLIMIT: MATM dropped learn cache batch messages as queue limit has reached. Tracebacks seen.

Conditions

This happens after about 30min uptime with DCHP snooping enabled.

Workaround

disable DHCP snooping
