Description

Symptom

The initial connection open from BCDL to its producer failed, resulting in data not downloaded to LCs

Conditions

Producer process restart when BCDL is trying to open connection with the producer, rendering the connection handle stale. This is a day-1, platform independent issue, that affects BCDLv1 producers such as MRIB (Multicast) This does not affect Unicast producers such as RIB/LSD/L2RIB
