Crash is seen while a switchover is in progress, specifically when the new Active and standby are syncing "show inventory" information.
We can disable call-home inventory through below configuration to avoid crash. This configuration will avoid calling "show inventory" cli from call-home feature. #conf t (config)#call-home (cfg-call-home)#no alert-group inventory
Impact of disabling call-home inventory: The impact is that the TAC back end server will not receive inventory data. It’s not very important data, it contains some status information for back end analysis.
