Symptom
1562 AP running 8.8, configured as Mobility Express. When AP is converted to WGB mode, AP reboots.
Commands can now be entered into CLI for WGB config, but after a while the WLC software loads on top of the AP
Conditions
ME controller to WGB type conversion in 8.8.1.167 version
Workaround
Changing ME to CAPWAP then CAPWAP to WGB
