Symptom

Sometimes transfer download on controller fails with the message "Transfer cannot happen because at least one AP is upgrading" even when no APs are performing

Workaround

On version 8.0 and 8.2 the only workaround is to reload WLC. As from 8.3 we have "test system ..." command that allows to check the download counters that trigger this bug. And we can use the reset-dl-count to reset only image download counters. To check download-counter: test system dl-count To reset download-counter: test system reset-dl-count
