Applied patch 3 on ise 2.1. Server was running fine for some days.Seen memory issues as well. After the reload the it went to initializing state.
After applying patch 3 with change in memory from 64G to 16G.
no workaround available. Contact TAC.
Change in memory from 64G to 16G, After the reload then it went to initializing state. Reloaded PAN which also went into same issue. Tried to promote secondary PAN as primary but it also not working. Tried to re-image and restore backup that also didn't help. We were seeing below exception & other similar exception in the catalina.out which is stopping app-server to fail, Please see Eng-notes
