Description

Symptom

A 3850 Switch Crashes unexpected, generating a FED process core file. NO_PUNT_KEEPLALIVE errors will likely be seen prior to the crash: %IOSXE_INFRA-4-NO_PUNT_KEEPALIVE: Keepalive not received for 20 seconds %IOSXE_INFRA-4-NO_PUNT_KEEPALIVE: Keepalive not received for 40 seconds %IOSXE_INFRA-4-NO_PUNT_KEEPALIVE: Keepalive not received for 60 seconds R0/0: %PMAN-3-PROCHOLDDOWN: The process fed has been helddown (rc 139) %PMAN-3-PROCHOLDDOWN:Switch 1 R0/0: pman.sh: The process fed has been helddown (rc 139) Chassis 1 reloading, reason - Reload command %PMAN-0-PROCFAILCRIT:Switch 1 R0/0: pvp.sh: A critical process fed has failed (rc 139)

Check "crashinfo:/" directory for any sytem-reprot files, which might have been generated during a reload. Core file which is a part of this report will have to be analyzed further.
