Shutting down a VRF staying in Admin Down pending forever
In a non-default VRF, BGP is redistributing HMM route. Now do a "no vrf context xxx" or shut down the VRF and then the problem will happen.
Restart BGP will recover (proceed to shut down the VRF which is stuck in Admin Down Pending state).
