Symptom:
On a Nexus 7000 series switch changing on an interface, port-channel, or vpc leg, changing the private-vlan mapping or vlan allowed list can cause the port to go inactive or down.
Conditions:
Port must be in private vlan trunk mode
Workaround
For a link or regular port-channel issue a shut/no shut on the interface to recover. On a vPC leg remove the vpc number from the port-channel and re-apply it.
