The incorrect authentication area data was detected in the Toner CRUM
This fault is displayed if the wrong type of Toner cartridge is installed.
093-937 Yellow Toner Cartridge
093-938 Magenta Toner Cartridge
093-939 Cyan Toner Cartridge
093-940 Black Toner Cartridge
If the printer is using the Optional Xerox Adaptive CMYK Plus Technology follow these steps, otherwise proceed to step #2.
Print a Configuration Report to confirm the software version
The required version is 85.04.56 or higher.

Print Information Pages / Configuration Report.
If the software version is not 85.04.56 or higher, contact Support to place a service call and have the software updated.
Make sure the NVM value is correct for the color toner kit installed
For details, refer to Setting the NVM Values topic in
Replace a Toner Kit When Using Optional Xerox Adaptive CMYK Plus Technology.
