This Fault Code is generated when the Proxy Server is not used on the network and the device proxy server is not set to
Off
The proxy settings must match with both the network and device. To fix this issue do the following:
Bring up the printers webpage by typing in the IP address in the URL field of any web browser.
Login as the Admin
Refer to
How To Log Into the Printer as a System Administrator.
Select
Connectivity > HTTP > Disable Proxy Server
.
Reboot the printer.
