Fault Code
016-781
occurs when the device was unable to communicate with the SMTP due to a configuration issue.
NOTE
: The Scan to Email Feature is only available on the Copier/Printer model.
Device IP Address Must be Configured Correctly for the EFI Fiery in Single IP Configuration
Make Sure the SMTP Server Settings are Configured Correctly
Set Device Hostname in CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)
Fiery or FreeFlow Print Server in Single IP Configuration: Reseat the Crossover Scan Cable
Perform a Telnet Test on the SMTP Server
