Fault Code 012-264 occurs when a problem was detected with the booklet drawer sensor in the Booklet Maker Finisher. Pull Out and Reinsert Booklet Module in the Booklet Maker Finisher Power Off the Printer and Disconnect the Finisher Power Cable Clear the Paper Jam in the Booklet Output Tray (Area 4) in the Finisher Make Sure There is no Paper Behind the Booklet Maker Area 4 and 4a Clear the Staple Jam in the Booklet Staple Cartridge Replace the Booklet Staple Cartridges
