Overview
Power off and then on the device.
Ensure machine is connected directly to a wall outlet and power cable is securely connected to the printer
Avoid using Power Bars/Strips or Surge Protectors as they may interfere with the device’s ability to draw an adequate amount of power for operation.
Ensure the device is on a flat and level surface.
Check inside machine for any debris or broken pieces.
Remove the imaging units from the machine and clean any excess toner or debris with a dry lint-free cloth
Inspect the gears on the imaging units and inside the machine for anything that may interfere with their operation.
