Overview
Pull out the defective Cortron (Magenta).
Power Off using the white switch then the red switch.
Wait 30 seconds.
Power On the red then the white switch with door closed and no corotron.
Wait until the machine is fully up then place the corotron info original location.
If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
