Overview
Select the [Print as Image] Option in the Print Driver
Check the Current Printer Level Software (Firmware), and Then Download the Latest Software Release
If Using a PostScript Print Driver, Make Sure the PostScript Option is Installed on the Printer
If the PostScript Option is Installed, Use the PostScript Print Driver
For Microsoft Windows OS: Install and Use the Appropriate Global Print Driver (GPD)
Make Sure the Software Version is 1.223.3 or Higher
Initialize the Spool Disk
Delete an Active Print Job From the Print Queue (Job Status Queue)
Power Off the Printer, Then Power On
