Use the most current version of Device Manager to establish communications to continue Secure Automated Meter Reads and Toner Replenishment.
Perform a Software Reset from the Control Panel or Remote Control Panel in CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)
Setup or Configure the Date and Time in Centreware Internet Services (CWIS)
Modify or Configure the Domain Name Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)
Disable "Prefer IPv6 over IPv4" through CentreWare Internet Services
Have the Network Administrator Confirm that AMR Communication Ports are Open on the Server
Have the Network Administrator Confirm That AMR URL Communication is Open / Not Restricted
Update / Upgrade Device Firmware / Software to the Latest Version
Install XDA or XDA Lite
Configure Xerox Device Agent (XDA) After Installing the Software
