NOTE: First try Checking for a stray sheet in the finisher. Power the machine Off and unplug from the wall for 2 minutes, and then Power On. Perform a Software Reset from the Control Panel or Remote Control Panel in CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS) Press and Hold the Power (Energy Saver) Button, Six Seconds Until the Machine Powers Off Wait Two Minutes, Then Press the Button Again to Power the Machine On
