Overview
The following are the top reasons why paper jams occur:
unsupported paper/media is used.
incorrect paper settings in the tray and/or the print driver.
paper loaded incorrectly and/or paper edge guides not adjusted properly in the tray.
humidity and/or paper condition and storage.
Check the Inverter
Remove the Fuser to Clear a Jam Inside the Fuser (Area 3)
Remove Any Jammed Paper From All Areas
Twist the Stack of Paper and Adjust the Paper Guides
Adjust the Decurler
Make Sure the Finisher is Parallel to the Printer
Power Off the Printer, Wait Two Minutes, Then Power On
Check the Xerographic Module for Broken Stripper Fingers
Check the Fuser Life
Replace the Fuser Module and the Ozone Filter
