Overview
When troubleshooting image quality problems and your machine is equipped to make copies, it is required to understand in which situations the problem occurs
For example, if there are black lines on the copies when the original is being fed from the Document Handler, you should make a copy from the Document Glass to see if the same problem occurs
If the problem also occurs when making a copy from the glass, then the problem is not specific to the Document Handler.
In this case, the solutions are valid only if the image quality problem occurs when making a copy from the Document Handler, but not the Document Glass
If you have not already done so, make a copy from the Document Glass
If the problem also occurs from the Document Glass, restart your search selecting a case for the image quality problem occurring when using the Document Glass.
