016-721
occurs when the printer has recieved a Print Job the device does not understand
This can be caused by a driver configuration issue, the incorrect driver installed, tray configuration issue or device firmware.
WorkCentre 5325/5330/5335: Power the Printer Off and On
Device must have the Correct Driver Installed
Manually Select Paper Type in Xerox Print Driver on Microsoft Windows OS
Upgrade Firmware to Software Version 53.33.53 or 71.24.12 or Higher
