Telnet Into a SMTP Server to Troubleshoot Scan to E-mail For Microsoft Windows 2000 / XP Operating System (OS)
Ping the SMTP Hostname to Obtain the SMTP IP Address Then Use the SMTP IP Address Instead of the Hostname
Confirm the Domain Name and DNS Information Then Make Sure the Domain Name and DNS Settings are Properly Configured
Perform a Software Reset at the Printer
