Fault Code 018-763 occurs when the device encountered an invalid character when attempting to Scan to SMB.
Add an SMB Folder as an Address Book Entry From the Embedded Web Server
Make Sure the Server Name, Shared Name, and Path Name do not Contain Special Characters
Set the Date and Time
Power the Printer Off and On
Update the Printer's Software (Firmware)
If the problem persists, contact Support.
