Many of the Xerox printers/devices can be configured to work with various solutions, including software, mobile and device apps, and card readers These offerings are optional and may be purchased through a Sales Representative or other channels. In most instances, these solutions have their own KB that are separate from the printer/device KB and will provide additional troubleshooting information Below is a list of solutions that have available KBs Please, check the table below to determine if the solution being used has a separate KB, then select the appropriate KB and begin your search again If you do not see the particular solution you are looking for, follow your software escalation process for additional assistance. Note:  There is minimal configuring or troubleshooting information for our software and platform solutions in the printer/device KBs It is best to search the solutions KB for additional information before escalating the call. IMPORTANT : The DocuJob Converter enables users to bring DocuJobs (jobs prepared and/or stored in the DocuTech format) into the desktop or Internet publishing arena via TIFF or PostScript to be used in new documents The converted TIFF files can be run through TextBridge or other OCR software to create editable text files for standard word processing applications.
