Try the following:

Tray 6 is an optional 2000-sheet High Capacity Feeder (HCF).
If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
Power the printer off.
Press the
Power/Wake
button on the Control Panel.
Touch
Power Off
.
Wait
until the touch screen goes dark and the Power/Wake button stops flashing
Approximately 45 seconds.
Open the Front Cover.
Press the
Power
switch to the
Off
position.
Press the
Power/Wake
button on the Control Panel.
Touch
Power Off
.
Wait
until the touch screen goes dark and the Power/Wake button stops flashing
Approximately 45 seconds.
Open the Front Cover.
Press the
Power
switch to the
Off
position.
Reseat the harness connections between Tray 6 (HCF) and the printer.
Power the printer on.
Press the
Power
switch to the
On
position.
Press the
Power/Wake
button on the Control Panel.
Press the
Power
switch to the
On
position.
Press the
Power/Wake
button on the Control Panel.
