NOTE : Refreshing the Print Driver only works if Bi-Directional Communications are Enabled. Open the Start Menu . Type Control into the Search field. Select Control Panel from the search results. Select Devices & Printers or View Devices and Printers . Right Click on the Printer and select Xerox Printer Properties . NOTE: Select Xerox Printer Properties and not Printer Properties, as both will be displayed. Select the Synchronize button in the lower left corner of the Properties window. Select OK once the Synchronization is complete. NOTE : Disable Bi-Directional Communication and Configure the Print Driver manually if the driver fails to Synchronize.
