This issue is usually caused by the PostScript language not being installed on the device. NOTE : There are two ways to confirm if Postscript is enable on the Printer. Locate installed languages on the configuration report. Print a Configuration Report. Locate Print Services Heading. Locate Page Description Languages (PDL) . Confirm that Postscript 3 is listed Print a Configuration Report. Locate Print Services Heading. Locate Page Description Languages (PDL) . Confirm that Postscript 3 is listed Locate installed languages using the Embedded Web Server (EWS). Access the Printer as the System Administrator (Control Panel or Embedded Web Server). Select System . Select PDL Settings . Confirm that Postscript is listed. Access the Printer as the System Administrator (Control Panel or Embedded Web Server). Select System . Select PDL Settings .
