To clear the paper jams from inside the printer rear door, Door B, do the following: Make sure the printer is placed on a level, solid, non-vibrating surface. Open the back door, Door B. Caution: The inside of the printer might be hot To reduce the risk of injury from a hot component, allow the surface of the printer to cool down before touching. Remove the jammed paper that is present above the fuser assembly. Remove the jammed paper that is present below the fuser assembly. Close Door B.
