This message will display on the Local UI and the Web UI when the PagePack (Supplies Plan) Contract end of contract grace period has expired
Contact your Sales Representative/Reseller to obtain a new Supplies Plan Activation Code.
This message is to advise you that the machine can no longer accept metered supplies and will consider the metered supplies still in the machine to be incompatible.
The message will include the device’s serial number and Supplies Plan Number to use in generating a new PIN and for contract renewal purposes.
IMPORTANT:
The Supply Plan Activation Code or a Plan Conversion Code must be entered in lowercase letters.
To enter the Supply Plan Activation Code or Plan Conversion Code:

Press the Menu button on the control panel.

Select the Information menu.

Scroll to, and select Supples Plan Activation.
4
Enter the code obtained in lowercase letters.
