Power OFF the Machine, Wait 60 Seconds, and Then Power ON
Make Sure the Document, Data and Control Panel Cables Are in the Correct Position at the Back of the Printer
Make Sure the Amber and/or Green Light is Lit at Each Cable Connection Point of the Scanner Crossover Cable
