NOTE:
To troubleshoot image quality problems, always test the functions available on your printer; print a document from a computer, (or a internal report such as the Configuration Report or Page), and make a copy from both the Document (Scanner) Glass and the Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF)
Make sure to save image quality samples to show to your service representative if required
Make sure to select a case situation for the specific problem that is occurring:
Printing Only
Copying or Scanning from the Document Glass Only
Copying or Scanning from the Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF)
Printing and Copying or Scanning
