Overview
NOTE:
There is no action to be taken at the Xerox device to correct this error. Contact your System / Network Administrator to have them run a query on the server where the network accounting software resides for the affected Xerox device. Running the query will clear the network accounting log and restore functionality to those functions (for example: Copy, Print) that are tracked by Network Accounting.
The printer stores accounting data until the Accounting server queries it for the information. If the server does not pull the information from the device, the accounting log can become full and display this fault code and error message. All machine functionality that is tracked will be disabled until this is cleared.
If you are the Network Administrator:
Go to your accounting server (Equitrac, Page Accountant, etc.) and perform a query to clear the printer of the stored Accounting information. This information is user accounts and number of impressions, and feature used, copy, fax, etc.
