The Scan to Cloud feature requires the software version 111.xxx.000.27020 or later.
Determine the Software (Firmware) Version Installed on the Device.
Locate and write down the machine serial number.
Scan the QR code, or go to the Xerox Activation Portal, then type the activation code

Write down the Feature Installation Key (FIK) that will be provided to you.
On the touch screen, touch the
Device
app, then swipe to
Tools
.
In Device Settings, touch
General
, then touch
Feature Installation
.
Type the Feature Installation Key recorded in Step 4, then touch
OK
.
