Make Sure the Date and Time of the Device is Correct
Make Sure the DNS Servers are Entered Correctly into CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)
Bustled or External Fiery: Configure the DNS Settings on Fiery Configure
Connect to the SMTP Server via IP Address Instead of the Host Name
Power Off the Printer and Attached External or Integrated Print Server
Perform a Telnet Test on the SMTP Server
