Overview
The following are the top reasons why paper jams occur:
To resolve the issue, perform the following:
unsupported paper/media is used.
incorrect paper settings in the tray and/or the print driver.
paper loaded incorrectly and/or paper edge guides not adjusted properly in the tray.
humidity and/or paper condition and storage
Try using a new ream of paper
Fan and flip the paper.
Open and close 1-Tray High Capacity Feeder (Tray 6 Letter).
Clear Paper Jams in the High Capacity Feeder (Tray 6).
Clean the OHCF Feed Rolls

Power Off and On the Oversize High Capacity Feeder (OHCF)

Power Off the Press, Wait 5 Minutes, and Then Power On the Press
