When you enable or reconfigure vSphere HA on a vCenter instance with a KMS cluster, the Hosts and Clusters tab in the vSphere Client becomes unavailable. You see no clusters, hosts, or VMs until the vpxd process restarts after the KMS cluster is reconfigured on the vCenter instance. This issue is resolved in this release.
