The syslog configuration for the Workspace ONE Access service, vc-ws1a-broker, points to the wrong log directory, /opt/vmware/idm/logs/ , instead of /var/log/vmware/vc-ws1a-broker . As a result, Workspace ONE Access logs do not route to the syslog server. This issue is resolved in this release.
