Description

Overview

When using the CLI installer, a rare race condition because of the sequence in which vCenter services start and register might fail some tasks, such as the Datacenter API call, and you cannot create a datacenter. As a result, you might see a vCenter instance getting deployed and immediately deleted. This issue is resolved in this release. The fix increases the number of retries and adds logging in case the vpxd service is currently unavailable to make sure that vCenter deployments complete.
