When you try to add a key provider that does not use certificates with a rsa-sha2-256 algorithm, in the vSphere Client you see the error Vim.fault.DatabaseError .In the vmafdd.log file, you see an error such as: <Timestamp> [vmafdd][ERROR] Certificate uses an unsupported signature algorithm (NID=ecdsa-with-SHA256). Only SHA-2 RSA algorithms are supported on the vCenter Server.
