ESXi 8.0 supports OpenSSL 3.0 and the only TLS protocol enabled by default is TLS 1.2. If you try to enable TLS 1.0 in /UserVars/ESXiVPsDisabledProtocols by using ESXCLI commands, this leads to connection drops. This issue is resolved in this release.
