If you do not power off or shut down a vCenter instance before running the cmsso-util unregister command, as required, the operation fails and the vCenter instance is in an inconsistent state. This issue is resolved in this release. The fix adds a pre-check to make sure the vCenter being unregistered is powered off before triggering the cmsso-util unregister command for it from another linked vCenter instance.
